We believe our job is to make sure you LOVE your crystal. If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know why and we will make it right.
In case of a manufacturer defect on arrival (i.e. damaged crystal or objective flaw) send us a photo of the defect within 24 hours of receiving your crystal. We will confirm the issue and remake your crystal. You will be required to ship the original crystal back to us to get a replacement.
If you want to cancel your order and your cancellation request comes within the first 15 minutes after placing it, you will get a full 100% refund. If you cancel after 15 minutes, it means one of our artists has been assigned to the project and as such you will receive a refund minus $25. Due to the custom nature of our product, once production of your item has begun it is not refundable.

Designer's Suggestion
If your photo has details like blurryness, dirt, scratches or broken parts we could make it look better. Our designers are trained to bring your old pictures to life. However, if your picture is too much damaged we strongly suggest that you provide us with another option.
Take note on the following:
Avoid selecting too blurry or broken pictures.
Avoid selecting low contrast pictures (too darkened photos).
The more editing is required, the longer the completion and shipment of the order may take.
Texts and Dedicated Notes:
To add a message into your crystal please pick a brief phrase. We recommend no more than 6 words into small and medium crystals.
If your message shall be longer we can help you select the proper size and crystal. Get in touch.
All images are cropped appropriately to better match the shape of the crystal.
Will the background of my photo show up on the crystal?
The default 3D internal sculpture is no background, the background will be automatically removed when modeling, no need to key in, you can also retain the background for free!
What are shipping & delivery times?
Standard International Shipping: 7-15 Business Days.
Production (2 to 5 days): After we receive your order, we shift into production mode. During busy seasons, the process typically takes 1-2 days longer. Please understand.
Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the ETA is 10-15 working days for any items that may ship from international warehouses.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information.
